The main body is combined with natural marble and cast parts which is highly stable. Three Z axes with independent servo magazines share the same table for machining. The features include high speed, high precision, high efficiency and strong comprehensive machining capability. The machine is suitable for high speed
milling, cutting, drilling and tapping the material such as steel, aluminum, copper,
Titanium alloy, carbon fiber,Magnesium alloy and powder metallurgy. It can be
used for manufacturing precision parts, components of 3C products and small
workpieces.
Features
+Four Z axes are independently controlled by smart servo system. Each Z-axis is corrected by the smart servo system according to the deviation of tools and workpiece position. Thus the consistency and precision of the workpieces are further improved.
+Four Z-axes are integrated in a gantry mechanism which is rigid and highly
stable.
+Disc or chain magazines are integrated in a hidden and fully enclosed mechanism which has small footprint as well as high stability. Each magazine is equipped with 20 tools.
+One-piece cast spindle housing is directly mounted to linear stage
+Double protection for linear guide rails and ball screws
+Lubricating system for linear guide rails and ball screws
+Doors with transparent double - protection (tempered glass + PC
